Bailey Silbernagel

Bailey is our director of Teammate Resources. She has an incredible ability to see the good in people, establish trust, and serve with clarity. Bailey has a passion for serving others and making them feel loved and honored. She is dedicated to the needs of our employees and will do anything to help. Bailey started out of high school as a salon owner and independent cosmetologist, but learned quickly that the only thing she liked about cosmetology was the people! So, what better job for her than caring for people! But hey, at least she can now cut everyone’s hair in the office.

Bailey married her high school sweetheart in the summer of 2021 after getting engaged and planning a wedding senior year of high school. The two reside countryside with their two fur babies. In her free time, you can find her spending time with Jesus, enjoying the great outdoors with her puppies, shopping, and doing all the things her husband likes to do just to spend time with him.

Becca Stolarczyk

Becca, or Beccs as we call her, is our Ass+ Bean Counter.  She joined the FS/USA team in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative and now works in our Finance Department.

Beccs is full of life and brings laughter and joy everywhere she goes. Although she enjoys numbers, connecting with people is her favorite!

Becca is married to her best friend, Jason, and they have four-year-old twins: Evelyn and Harrison. Beyond working at FS/USA, Becca enjoys spending time with her family, walking/hiking with her dog, fishing and watching football (GO VIKINGS)!

“I truly enjoy coming to work each day!  I’ve never had “a case of the Mondays” at FS/USA. I get to work with the best of the best!”

Bryan Edwards

Born in Wyoming, Bryan secretly thinks he is a cowboy. He endeavors to bring the values of the old west to the rubber industry: Hard work, loyalty, and friendship. Maintaining and building relationships is paramount!

Although he is proud of the rubber team he has been part of since 1992, the team member he is most proud of is his much better half, Ellen, who has stayed by his side for over 30 years for some unknown reason.

Not cool enough to have a nickname, Bryan has spent most of this time avoiding any form of exercise while working in the midst of health fanatics. The main reason he has stayed in the industry for 30 years is the draw of the smell of inexpensive rubber. One benefit of this long tenure is he has “a lot of dirt on people and knows where the bones are buried….”    

David Joseph

David lives life with passion. He is said to only have two speeds: sleeping and ‘full-throttle!” Being on the receiving end of David’s “Vikings touchdown high five” has actually been known to accompany a trip to the ER. He serves his FS/USA family with the same type of passion. David is involved in many departments at work, including leadership/people development, sales engineering, and estimating; but he excels at being the commissioner of the FS/USA Fantasy Football League!

David married the love of his life, Melody shortly after graduation from University of Northwestern/Liberty in 2014. They reside in beautiful central Minnesota with their newborn daughter, Havilah, and their two wiener dogs – Oscar and Randy. When he is not at the office or on the farm, you might find David trying out a new herbal concoction he created, hitting the gym, or spending time with family in the great outdoors. He loves to chase all kinds of animals across America the beautiful with a bow in his hand! He also takes a lot of sick days from September through November. The ‘buck fever’ is nasty in Minnesota that time of year – Or Iowa, Colorado, Kansas, South Dakota, Nebraska, etc., he does not discriminate!

Doug Joseph

Our director of Common Sense is Douglas Joseph. Doug has been in this industry since the late 80’s (some would say he is old)! He has built businesses, acquired them, sold them, & rebuilt them. Doug is passionate about servant lead leadership & building cultures that value people and create opportunities for them to add value!

It’s such an amazing blessing to be able to run together with such an amazing group of creative, humble, hard-working people! I love spending time with my family, everything sports, hunting, playing outdoors, & encouraging others. God blessed me with an amazing running mate (high school sweetheart, Jarae) and we have been fortunate to raise 3 amazing children! Now they are all married, and we have amazing grand children. Doing well with what I’ve been given drives me!”

Hunter Hickman

Hunter, better known as Huntdawg, is the tallest member of the FS/USA team. Hunter is just like a Chevy hard-working, dependable and willing to get the job done. 

On the weekends Hunter can be found at the golf course hitting absolute bombs (into the woods), on the lake jet skiing, or hanging out with his dog Bonnie and girlfriend Kate. Hunter is very passionate about snowmobiling out west in the rocky mountains, he considered that to be God’s country.  He also takes pride in being a part of the dying breed of manual vehicle drivers.

Hunter considers the best day to be a nice lake day that follows into friends & family grilling out and enjoying some laughter around a campfire.

Jordan Joseph

Legend has it that Jordan was born with a baseball bat in his hands and a wrestling singlet on. Although having success in those two arenas, Jordan, impressively at his age, can sing almost any 70’s and 80’s rock song ever made. Some of Jordan’s accomplishments include: greatly out kicking his coverage with his wife, reaching the top of the kitchen cupboard without a stepping stool, and he is almost able to quote the entire original How the Grinch Stole Christmas movie, on second thought, he quotes basically every movie he has ever watched. While Jordan claims to be even younger than a Millennial he still does spend most of his time out of the office. While doing so, you may find him getting swole in the CrossFit gym and eating an enormous amount of organic Kale as a post workout. After his Collegiate baseball career ended, you can also go to your average church league softball tournament and find an over competitive Jordan maxing out the home run limit.

Josh Witte

Josh joined the team in the beginning of September 2023, as one of the younger members he is excited to learn and grow with the amazing people that surround him. He began working in production and then got a little experience in shipping. Josh recently has joined the wonderful customer service team and is looking forward to helping all current and future customers. In his free time, he likes to workout, hang out with family and friends and play video games.

Kade Gassler

Kade started with mowing lawns, whipping weeds, and raking leaves. Eventually moved up to production, lead shipper, and is now located in the great plains of customer service. He’s goal driven, passionate, and never afraid to offer an opinion or two. Known for adaptation, problem solving, and getting things done (even if unconventional). Believes in efficiency above all else.

Found his true love early on in life, lifting weights and staying away from the general masses. You’ll often find him in one of two places, his home or the weight room. (Conveniently located in the same building). Loves to bring energy, excitement, and verbal motivation.

Being trained by an incredibly talented and patient customer service team, he’s able to handle any issue that might arise. Prepared and confident in his ability to solve problems and answer questions.

Lexi Kohout

Lexi is passionate & dedicated to providing you with the best customer service and the best shoe game in the office. She holds the reigning title of the strongest shoe game at FlexSeals (seriously, its that good). With her winning attitude & outlook on life,  there isn’t a challenge she can’t accomplish. This includes witty one-liners that will for sure leave you speechless. When she isn’t curating the next office playlist, or leading the office fun committee alongside Melanie, you can find her determined to serve every customer with loyalty & integrity. Her favorite part about FlexSeals is that we are one big family that supports each other with faith, family, & freedom.

When Lexi isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her family. They enjoy all types of activities together including fishing, hunting, UTV riding, and swimming at the lake. You can also catch them doing pet friendly activities that include their mini daschund Ranger. Their favorite activity is cheering SKOL for the Vikings together-yes Ranger included. It’s still unclear who wears more chains on gameday, Kirk Cousins or Lexi.

Melanie Clark

Melanie, Mel, Smell, Smelly Mel, really anything works for her! This is true for her in the workplace too. Mel is a professional at going with the flow! You can probably catch her laughing or having a dance party. Her two favorite things are: the color pink and showing love to others! Mels-bells values the importance of understanding/caring for others while still getting the job done! She first did 1 year devoting and gratefully serving the production floor before becoming the best Customer Relations/Account Specialist.

Olivia Hawley

Olivia is Raymond’s daughter, and she sure picked up some traits from him! She moved to our customer service team at the beginning of 2025 after working in the warehouse for a few months. She’s always looking at things differently and catches what others can’t see. Her independence has pushed her to learn quickly.

When she isn’t working, she’s with her boyfriend Jack. Jack took her place in the warehouse when she moved to the front of the building. Together they have two cats named Kiki and Odin. Olivia loves to relax in nature and have fun with the people she cares about most. Listening to music and devoting herself to her latest interests in her spare time, she is very grateful she works where she can trust and respect her entire team.

Phil Gudim

Even though Phil is a millennial, he learned hard work being dragged into the business at an early age. Incentivized with Pepsi and Peanut M&M’s, he and his brothers learned how to work by picking, cleaning, or gluing parts in the back warehouse! Maybe it was to teach him how to work or maybe just to get cheap labor.

Phil attended the University of Northwestern majoring in Bible and business. Upon graduation he had a brief stint as a toilet paper salesman, but that industry quickly wiped him out… Phil and his better half, Kelly, are young parents trying to teach their boys the “Skol” chant. The boys return the favor by teaching his parents how to survive on no sleep!

Of all the FS/USA team members Phil plays a real sport… tennis. Once upon a time he had a serve like Andy Roddick but chose the more glamorous and lucrative career of rubber extruding. He now serves the FS/USA team in sales and sales support.

Quinten Berres

Quinten, also known as Q, is our Yoda of estimating. Legend says he can whip up even the toughest quotes faster than you can say “here, quote this.” Another fact, this one is not based on legend, is that Q could pretty much whoop up on anyone given the fact that he’s a 3-time Minnesota wrestling state champion! Although it may not seem like it, Quinten isn’t just a testosterone filled ball of muscle. He also is a first-generation college graduate in his family graduating from St. Cloud State University majoring in marketing.

If you see Q out of the office, you will find him doing bicep curls, bow hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, or really anything in the great outdoors. We think most of Quinten’s paycheck goes to him purchasing more arrows because he has a hard time not Robin Hooding most shots he takes when taking practice shots for bow hunting.

What is something you love about FS/USA? “We are a team, but we are also like family.”

Ray Hawley

Ray Hawley is the FlexSeals version of Cliff Clavin. He’s knows a little bit of everything and a whole lot of nothing! Truth be told, he’s our resident expert of all things.

He loves engineering, design and solving challenges that are impossible to the mortal man. He once’s successfully unloaded a “double loaded” muzzle loader, keeping most of his digits!

Ray loves spending time with his wife and daughter, going fast, blowing stuff up, and being creative …… but not sure in which order!

Ray is an amazing talent & our own “Rubber McGuyver!”

Trevor Shull

Trevor is our IT Specialist at FS/USA. Trevor is a recent graduate from the University of Northwestern St. Paul as a Computer Science and Cybersecurity major.

Trevor is an Eagle Scout who enjoys camping, hiking, and fishing. In addition, you can find him spending time with family, setting up firework shows, and gaming with friends.

Chuck Stommes

Chuck is the Assistant Director of Operations for our Newnan, GA division. Chuck has over 20 years of manufacturing & operational experience in the rubber and plastics industry.

Chuck has a great appreciation for his team! He serves through the perspective of valuing each individual. 

Micah Mol

If you saw Micah “Rain Man” do his job for one day you would understand his nick name as you would think he has most every part and location memorized in the rubber industry; because he does! Although Micah has been involved in nearly every area of operations, he is known here as the GM of our Newnan, Georgia manufacturing plant. You wouldn’t be surprised that Micah had a lot of operations experience if you saw his “order of operations” when he eats. He only eats one thing at a time, going from his least favorite portion of the meal to his favorite. Micah takes pride in finding ways to fix things whether at work or at home. It says a lot about the man Micah is when he was asked what is one of his greatest life accomplishments; he responded, “A wonderful family and a growing career.”

As Micah was originally from Minnesota, he understands, along with all of us here at our Minnesota division, what the heartbreak of being a Vikings fan is like.

“I have been a diehard Vikings fan as long as I can remember and that continued when I moved from MN to GA. Being a dedicated fan, I accepted a bet with our maintenance manager on a divisional playoff game that the loser would need to wear a dress to work. This was a game that the Vikings were well favored and there was no way they could loss, but they did. I did wear a dress to work the next week and not only suffered the embarrassment at work, but someone took pictures and sent it to some of our key suppliers. Lesson learned…never bet on the Vikings!”

Rhonda Riley

Rhonda joined Flexseals in 2018 bonding parts at home as a contractor. It piqued her interest, enough so that when the program ended, Rhonda applied to work at the Newnan location. Rhonda moved from gluing to saws and eventually into the office as a lead. Currently Rhonda is the shipping manager. Rhonda loves working here because of the diverse opportunities she has had. Not only does working at Flexseals make her a better version of herself, but she gets to be directly involved in helping other people become better versions of themselves.

Before Flexseals, Rhonda was involved in at home nursing and sandwich artistry. Outside of my work family, she has three kids, a husband and a kitty cat. If the chance is there to be on the water or in the woods were taking it. Rhonda is just a busy, not scared to get her hands dirty, conscientious, loving, blessed earthly critter.

Dan Gray

Dan is a new member to the FS/USA Team. Primarily working via remote out of his Ohio office, Dan helps drive the quality and operational systems for the Seal Team.

Dan brings over 10 years of industry experience and a background in Quality and Operations management. Being a firm believer that company success is dependent on culture, Dan appreciates the FS/USA corporate vision and how each Seal Team member has each other’s back. They took in a Brown’s fan, so they must be a pretty good group….

While not in Ohio, you can find Dan racking up Delta SkyMiles at one of his other home’s away from home in Minnesota or Georgia. He is currently working on convincing “The Brass” that FS/USA could benefit from a strategically positioned location in the Caribbean.  

But when he is at home, he is most likely driving his wife Shannon crazy or being a bad example for their son, Declan. 

Dan is an avid music fan. Being a string-based family, Dan plays guitar and Declan plays the viola…never together though….Dan isn’t good enough for that. 

Video Games, Poker, tattoos, and tailgating at the Brown’s games are Dan’s other favorite activities.

Kevin Kostelnik

Suzy Hill

Suzy started out at Lauren Mfg in 2000 and continued my journey there until 2021. Suzy went to a job she was miserable at and got a hold of Kevin in the spring of 2022 to join Flexseals and she could not be happier with her decision.

When not at work, Suzy enjoys spending time with her significant other Derek of 6 years or her daughter Macie who is also lucky to be working at Flexseals!   Suzy enjoys walking/hiking with her dog and pretty much anything that has to do with outside until it gets cold out.
